Vermont nanny placement agency
Personalized nanny connections for Vermont families.
Roccio Care Collective connects Vermont families with background checked, reference verified, CPR certified nannies.
We understand how daycare closures and sick days disrupt your schedule.
Most families handle this alone, sorting through listings, chasing references, and hoping the person who shows up is the right fit. Parenting is already a full time job, recruiting a caregiver is too.
Let us help.

Before you reach out
The questions families ask first
Why not just find someone myself?
You can. It takes weeks of posting, screening, and scheduling. We take on the vetting, background checks, and matching so you don’t have to.
How do I know this is trustworthy?
We get to know caregivers through in-depth interviews and work with you to find the right fit.
Why Roccio Care Collective?
We are built by nannies and understand both sides of this work. One person learns your household, screens the candidates, and supports you until the fit is right. We understand the difference a quality caregiver can make in your home from firsthand experience.
Is it worth the cost?
You are not paying for a list of names. You are paying for a placement matched to your household. We work to understand your schedule, the ages of your children, and the care your family needs. Providing care you can rely on is our priority.
About
I’m Morgan Roccio, and I have spent years in Vermont homes.
I have spent years learning what makes an extraordinary caregiver, the type of person you want to call on when you need help carrying the load. That goes beyond what is presented on a resume. It is understanding who they are and how they show up when it matters most.
I created Roccio Care Collective so I could spread the work I was doing beyond the households I was working in and to help parents get the support they deserve.
