Privacy Policy
A straightforward explanation of how information shared with Roccio Care Collective is handled.
Roccio Care Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at connect@rocciocareco.com.
Information you provide
If you contact us or use a form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, town, care needs and schedule, or other details you choose to share. Caregiver applicants may also provide work and education history, certifications, references, and a resume. Family forms may include information about children and household needs. Please share only details that are relevant to your request.
Information collected through the website
When you visit a website, hosting and service providers may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and the time of a request. This website uses Google Fonts to display its typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google. We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, referral sources, consultation-link clicks, and successful form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about your browser and device. Our tracking code does not send the names, contact details, resumes, or other answers you enter in forms. We remove URL query strings and fragments from the page and referrer addresses we report, and we disable advertising personalization and Google Signals. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use information
We use information you submit to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, review caregiver applications, evaluate possible care matches, communicate with you, and operate and protect the website. If an applicant authorizes reference contact, we may contact the references provided. We do not use submitted information to build advertising profiles.
When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share relevant information when needed to provide our services, including with prospective families or caregivers when evaluating a possible placement. We also use service providers to host this website and process form submissions, including Netlify. If you follow an external link, such as a Calendly booking link or Instagram, that service handles your visit under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, our services, or our rights.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Our analytics respects your browser’s Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block analytics cookies through your browser settings.
You may contact us at connect@rocciocareco.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We will review requests and respond as appropriate, subject to information we need to keep for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
Children’s privacy
This website and its forms are intended for adults. Adults may share limited information about children when describing a family’s care needs. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.
